RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN- Damaged and Incorrect Items are eligible for returns (Exceptions to this are perishable goods like fresh produce/refrigerated items).
Items must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact, so kindly examine properly before breaking seals. Once a product’s original packaging, seal or tag has been tampered with, the item cannot be returned nor any refund made for the cost of the item
RETURN TIMEFRAME-For non-perishable items, you may return within 7 days in good condition to be eligible for a refund. However, the cost incurred for shipping and delivery are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESS- We strive to maintain excellence in our services to our customers. However, should your order arrive missing or incorrect, kindly contact us via email, WhatsApp or website within 24 hours of delivery of the order with pictorial /video evidence/proof to be eligible for a replacement, Refund or store credit. As any claims without evidence will not be attended to. This is done without prejudice and consumers statutory rights unaffected. If 24 hours has passed since your purchase with perishable items was delivered, we cannot offer you a Refund or Exchange. Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 working days
CANCELLATION POLICY-Once an order is placed, it is final. We are unable to accept cancellations
SHIPPING FEES-Shipping costs are non-refundable, so should you wish to return any item, you will be liable for paying for the shipping of the item you wish to return
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING LOCATIONS-We deliver to all postcodes within the UK, Northern Ireland.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES-We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days (weekends excluded). However, delivery may be delayed due to logistics or issues beyond our control. However, should a logistics delay occur be rest assured the orders has been well packaged to last at least 72 hours.
Orders placed on Thursdays will be processed the following week
*Kindly ensure to have an adult available to receive your delivery, if you would not be home on your scheduled delivery date/time, you have the option of having your delivery left at your safe place or delivered to your neighbour which can be requested via our logistics partners website.
*Our Delivery structure is a next day delivery, Frozen Products might not get to u frozen especially if there is a delay, but however our packaging ensures they get to you cool, fresh and safe for consumption.
SHIPPING COSTS-Total Shipping/delivery cost is based on the total basket weight at checkout and location. Next day delivery services are from £10 and increases with weight.
* At checkout, the Total Weight of your order is calculated based on the gross weight of each product, which includes both the product content and its packaging.
* For some products, especially lightweight but bulky items, we may use volumetric weight instead of actual mass to determine shipping costs. This is calculated based on the product’s dimensions using industry-standard formulas.
* Shipping costs are determined by the Total Weight of your order, which may be based on either gross weight or volumetric weight, depending on the product.
* The final shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout, ensuring accurate pricing based on logistics requirements.
ORDER TRACKING-Once your order has been booked for collection by our logistics partners, you will receive a tracking information as well as an estimated time of arrival from our logistic partners.
COLLECT IN STORE-Products order for in-store collection will be available for collection within 24hours of you placing the order. Ensure you have a copy of your order receipt confirmation and a valid form of ID, you may be asked to sign for the products.
PAYMENT POLICY
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS- We accept both Debit and Credit Cards, store credit cards, In the event your card/payment is declined, we are within our rights to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to us should a payment made via credit card be declined. you fail to pay any fees or charges due; we may pass your details unto Debt Collection Agency and you will be responsible for all fees incurred from collection cost to legal fees.
